In-Home Measurement
Our customers can schedule appointments directly online through Lowes.com to schedule their in home measurements. Our measure technicians utlize advance technology to capture a digital layout of your project that will give us accurate information needed to complete your project.
Pre-Installation and Project Process
Once we recevie notification that your job is ready to schedule from Lowe's. Our team will reach out to set a scheduled installation date with you. On the day of the installation, our professional installation craftsman will come and install your new flooring. If at any time you have questions, you will be able to reach any team member to answer or address any questions.
Post-Installation and Follow Up
Upon completion of the project, your Lowe's one-year labor warranty starts. We will follow up to make sure you are happy with the project outcome, and Lowe's will send a survey via text/email to follow up as well. That survey is on a scale of 1-10, and we strive for 10's on every job.
